Price is 3'700'000 Baht

2% transfer tax (50/50),  the selling tax price must not be the same as the Real one.

10% respectively 370'000 Baht are due as deposit within 1 week in case of an oral commitement to buy (reservation).

There is no refund of the deposit in case of change mind 2 weeks after signing the official thai deposit contract

All amounts have to be paid in THB and no other currency.

Of course we help for the official red chanote transfer or any other things. We speak german, swiss german, french, english, thai and a little bit Italien.
